Mercedes-Benz Campaign

Details
We conceived and executed a viral content campaign that repositioned Mercedes-Benz within youth culture by embedding the G-Class into the world of elite action sports and remote natural environments.
Identification
After identifying a gap between Mercedes-Benz’s heritage positioning and emerging youth audiences, I initiated a direct pitch to MB! by Mercedes-Benz, their Berlin-based youth publication. The concept centered on merging luxury automotive engineering with high-adrenaline, culturally relevant storytelling.
We partnered with our production and distribution platform, Infinity List, to create a series of cinematic activations across Australia’s most iconic natural landscapes, leveraging Red Bull athletes to push both physical and narrative boundaries.

Details
Reimagine Mercedes-Benz’s relationship with youth audiences by creating a culturally relevant, high-impact campaign that bridges luxury automotive design with action sports, exploration, and digital-first storytelling.
Insight
A new generation of consumers didn't aspire to luxury through status alone. They valued experience, authenticity, and cultural proximity. Mercedes-Benz needed to be seen not just as a symbol of prestige, but as a participant in modern adventure and performance culture.
Execution
Mercedes-Benz allocated a $400K production budget and shipped a G 350 BlueTEC G-Class to Australia. We designed and directed a series of large-scale stunts and visual narratives featuring elite Red Bull athletes performing in remote, visually striking environments.
The campaign blended cinematic storytelling, extreme sports, and raw landscape, distributed digitally through emerging online channels and youth media platforms to maximize virality and cultural reach.
Outcome
The campaign generated widespread organic traction on Instagram and Youtube, positioning Mercedes-Benz within a new cultural context and significantly expanding its relevance among younger audiences.
It demonstrated the power of experiential storytelling, transforming a traditionally conservative luxury brand into a symbol of exploration, performance, and modern identity.
