Responsibilities
To build Gucci Groups supplier networks across Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Papua New Guinea, managing key vendor relationships and negotiating international sourcing agreements. Alongside operational execution, I developed and integrated sustainable and ethical sourcing standards into the supply chain, working closely with government officials, agricultural producers, and conservationists to ensure responsible and resilient material development.
Impact
The global supply infrastructure I developed still remains operational today, optimizing for quality, compliance, and premium market performance.

Our team focused on preserving savoir-faire by working closely with select suppliers, ensuring every material upheld standards of exclusivity, rarity, and uncompromising craftsmanship.
Body
We sourced premium crocodilian skins from Australia and python from Malaysia and Vietnam. Each hide was selected not only for its technical grade but for its visual character: scale symmetry, natural pattern flow, depth of tone, and tactile integrity. We considered how every skin would translate into finished product across multiple price points, thinking through how the pattern would wrap around a bag, align across panels, or elevate a small leather good.
